Welcome! I'm Rahman Almousalli, the founder of INRGAME. As an athlete myself, I have always valued the importance of the mental aspect of sports; I personally found it to be crucial on the lacrosse field. Mastering the mental aspect of a sport is practically an unachievable task. What we can control, however, is how we treat our minds.
